Doers are much more dominating. Their style tends to be impatient and want to cut to the point. Most Doers are very result oriented.


The Controller is typically very reserved and logical. This, in turn, makes them less-emotion based and much more fact based.


Plodders are usually very easy going and steady. Most will often be very dependable individuals that are detail minded. Plodders may also ask a lot of questions.
